AIM Software
The National Center for Accessible Instructional Materials (NC-AIM) has developed a collection of resources on AIM products. The AIM Products Feature Chart lists the major educational assistive technologies (AT) currently being used with AIM. The Chart's features are organized into six categories: Text File Formats Supported, Navigation, Visual Supports, Reading Supports, File Managing Supports, and Learning Supports. The categories and feature labels in the chart to help users to explore and learn more about commercial software programs that can support the use of AIM. Go to the AIM Products Feature Chart
NC-AIM also has developed and maintains the AIM Product Tutorials which provide a video demonstration of the major AIM products and services. Each of the video tutorials presented focuses on a different aspect of AIM products and services for use in classrooms and at home and offer detailed, practical instruction in the use of AIM and related products. Components include videos with detailed demonstrations of product features and operation, downloadable Quick-Start Guides, downloadable PowerPoint training slides, and a printable Summary Chart of Features. Go to the AIM Products Tutorial.
