Acquiring Braille and Large Print Books through ESBVIC

Recorded: October 26, 2011
Schools serving students who are receiving services from the Education Services for Blind and Visually Impaired Children (ESBVIC) program, who need either Braille or large print materials may access the Instructional Materials Center. In this webinar, we discuss what the qualifications are, the process of acquiring the books needed for the student, and the role of the Teacher for Visually Impaired (TVI) and the Instructional Materials Center (IMC) in helping school districts acquire the needed materials.
For background knowledge on AIM and an overview of the framework of this webinar series, it is highly recommended that registrants view the archived recording of the June 8, 2011, webinar, "Introduction to AIM for All Maine Learners."
